Terms of Service

The terms

Plain language, no surprises. These are the rules for using Corvis.

Last updated 22 October 2026

Who we are

Corvis is a service operated by Dhruv Kumar, a sole proprietor based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India ("Corvis", "we", "us"). When you use Corvis, your agreement is with Dhruv Kumar, trading as Corvis.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account, starting a trial, buying a plan or otherwise using Corvis, you agree to these terms. If you keep using Corvis after we update them, you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Corvis watches apps you connect for leaked secrets and other security issues, failed payments, downtime and unusual AI spending. It investigates what it finds, fixes what you have allowed it to fix, asks you before anything else, and reaches you in Telegram or WhatsApp and, on plans with calls, by phone.

You decide what Corvis may do for each kind of action (never, ask first, or automatic) and you can change that at any time. Corvis only acts within the permissions and accounts you give it.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your sign-in and connected credentials secure, give accurate information, and tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite.

Acceptable use

You must not use Corvis to:

  • break any law or help anyone else do so;
  • commit fraud, send spam or deceive people;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
  • interfere with the security of Corvis or any other system, including spreading malware, probing or testing systems you aren't authorised to test, or scraping the service;
  • connect repositories, apps, accounts or phone numbers that you don't own or aren't authorised to manage.
AI features

Corvis uses AI models to summarise incidents, explain findings, review pull requests, diagnose failed builds, draft fixes and answer your questions. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Review proposed changes before you approve or merge them; you are responsible for the changes you approve and for how you use any output.

Don't send Corvis content you don't have the right to share. Output is not legal, financial or other professional advice.

Your data

You keep all rights to your code, data and the output Corvis produces for you. You give us permission to process them only as needed to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our service and brand

We own Corvis, its software, design and brand, and all rights in them. These terms give you the right to use the service while your account is in good standing; they don't transfer any ownership to you.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep Corvis reliable, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will catch every issue. Corvis is an extra layer of protection; you remain responsible for the security, backups and operation of your own apps and accounts.

Plans and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payments, taxes, invoices and customer service enquiries about orders, under the Paddle buyer terms.

Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. First-time subscribers get a 14-day free trial; you won't be charged if you cancel before it ends. Prices are shown on our pricing page and applicable taxes are added at checkout.

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in Corvis. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. If we change a price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Corvis and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, don't pay, put the security of Corvis or others at risk, are involved in fraud, or repeatedly or seriously break these terms. Where we reasonably can, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as Corvis grows. We'll post the new version here and, for significant changes, email account owners before they take effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any consumer protections you have under the laws of the country where you live.
